Adding here as I'm not 100% convinced this is a bug at the moment.
I've been playing "Coloring Pixels" which has achievements on the site and is tracking correctly and is showing up under my "My recent games" section in the drop down when I have over my username (top right of screen). However, for some reason it's not showing up under "My game collection" (nor does it appear to be tracking against my goal).
Not sure this is a bug as I've never experienced this before so thinking it might be a setting somewhere that I've missed.
