Achievements not syncing despite rescan

I haven't seen any info on this anywhere else, so I'm assuming it's a bug. I didn't have internet on Saturday May 5th, so I was in offline mode on Steam. I got a few Hand of Fate achievements (Graduation, Great Hunter, and more). I can now see them on the steam website even when not logged in, so they've clearly synced to Steam since getting internet again. For some reason though despite doing 'request an update' they're not being updated on TrueSteamAchievements. I can see achievements I've gotten after the 5th though.

Can someone look into this? I got a full rescan but it didn't help:

I saw it suggested somewhere else, so I started to make the playtime recent and now it's synced fine. It still caused me to loose my 32 day streak though, which was really around 38 days :(.
