While this number can change based upon how many users have played the game, I feel that may be one of the lesser popular titles especially among those that care about achievements.
If you're looking for a lot of points it's better to play really popular games like Counter-Strike, Left 4 Dead, Killing Floor, Skyrim, Borderlands, etc. or you'll want to play the free-to-play games like Team Fortress 2, Warframe, Alien Swarm, Path of Exile and those clicker based games (Clicker Heroe, AdVenture Capitalist), etc. as these are titles a lot of people have started but may have not invested a lot of time in and the TrueScore value increases more by the amount of people that have played a game but don't have a specific achievement.
One good example from Team Fortress 2, "A Bygone Century" is worth 77 points because out of 3,000 people only 51 people have unlocked the achievement. While that is the most valuable achievement, "Race for the Pennant" is the least valuable with a score of 11 because over 2,000 people have unlock it.
As for your scanning problem hopefully a staff member can fix that.
