Unsuccessful Scanning Since December

I signed up in late December, and the scanner has been going since then but without any success. I have forced a scan several times and it informs me that it has completed, but the progress wheel remains and none of my information gets added in.

Your Steam profile is set to private. In order for the scanners to read your profile, it needs to be set to "Public".

Hey SemanticV0id, as thirtysmooth's mentioned, your Steam privacy settings are currently enabled. In order for us to scan your profile you must have these set to public.

No problem. You can change your privacy settings via the Steam site and if you request another update via your profile page here you'll start being scanned as normal.
