Moebius: Empire Rising - Achievement Flag submissions

Regarding the missable tag, I'm a bit confused on it so I'll leave this note:

Basically most of the options I've marked as missable (except Elementary and muuubius) are exclusive choices or actions for that playthrough. You *can* get both if you save, make the choice, then reload the save, but you can't do a level select or anything like that. So I figured I'd mark them down anyway as it fits the criteria assuming you're not actively reloading after every choice.

The Muuubius collectables can be missed if you don't collect them, and you void the Elementary one if you use the hint system.
