Historian Achievement

I heard you have to read the chronicles page for 1 hour, but I have left my computer on for that amount of time and still not gotten this.

Can anyone here comment on how they were able to get it? What they feel the required time/entries/strategy is to get this?

It may be late response but I got it by leaving chronicle for hour (+ few minutes) then I closed and opened chronicle again and it popped.
