Director's cut I put as multi playthrough as you have to unlock it by beating House of the Dead mode.
Temper Temper also requires multiple playthroughs normally, as there isn't 30 Rage guys overall in the game!
I completed all my achievements on single player, but can't comment if they'd pop on co-op/multi so have left the online/offline part alone.
(Oh and one other: Nifty fingers = 30 letter phrase generally pops up on Hard+ difficulty, so I tagged it as difficulty specific.)
