    Buggy. It unlocked early for me. I joined an online game in progress and got the achievement, despite only being in there for a few minutes.

    I'm sure this is unobtainable. I don't see a global chat icon ANYWHERE. Not where it's mentioned in the walkthrough, not in game. Not in single player or multiplayer. This achievement has also been renamed "Be Social".

    Just confirmed, this is partially unobtainable. You currently need to download an older version of the game to get this achievement.

    Edit: SteamDB doesn't have any manifests for it, so the guide that explains how to install an older update for this game doesn't work, making it unobtainable. Or, still partially unobtainable, if somebody has managed to not update the game and had it installed prior to the change.
