This was a 2v2 free roam arena fighting game.
It was in beta for a long time and finally came out officially in July 2015.
This was a online only title and so all achievements will be discontinued after that day.

It was a fun game game that was pretty straight forward with some slightly grindy achievements. (Before they added some insane impossible ones like having to get S ranks in 5,000 matches only to announce the shutdown shortly after.)

The game mostly got flack for being "pay to win" as is usually the first thing people cry about every free-to-play game regardless if it's true or not (which in this case it wasn't) and the fact it took long time to find games either due to region restrictions or the low player count. Another problem was the poor optimization of the game, you required a real strong machine to run it properly and it just so happened to get released right before Windows 10 officially came out and was incompatible with that OS.

One small group of people complained how this was similar to another Bandai Namco game series called Gundam VS in Japan and instead those people wish we got that game instead.

All of this is pretty moot though as Bandai Namco is actually shutting down a couple PS3 free-to-play games too, so I guess they're closing everything that doesn't meet their money making quota.
