NEW_ACHIEVEMENT_NAME_0_4 - Need help

    Hey, complete noob at coding here, I was following SirGuySW's guide to gain this achievement, and I had a problem. I think I did almost everything right besides making it work on Steam, having that "steam_api64.dll and sdkencryptedappticket64.dll not found" error. I think it's because I built the project with the sdk/ file, not with the actual game on Steam, but I don't know how to do it. How are you supposed to make it work on Steam? Should I just use SAM for this one achievement or not if it doesn't work either way?

    I didn't play the game, so i cant really guide you, even if i would probably restart everything if i was in your case. + Using SAM is against the cheater policy on this site.
