    Hello,

    I've been noticing for quite some time (and wrote about it in other topics but had no response) that there are games that are not added/updated properly.
    I had no serious issues with the scanners and scanning my achievements with the games on the TSA, but issues appears when:
    1) The game is new, or released recently. Either the game isn't even added or there's a "blank" page with 0 achievements.
    2) The game has a recently released dlc, patch or is recently updated with new achievements. The new achievements are not added on TSA, so they can't get scanned.
    3) The game is updated recently changing old achievement names and/or descriptions and they're not reflected on TSA, either not being updated or having the old achievement plainly removed.

    As I could see the button "Request Scanner update" doesn't resolve these issues.

    Do we have a way to force refresh/add a game or its new achievements on TSA?

    For 1 and 2, you can just put the name of the game here. (It is easier if you put the url of the game than just the name)

    Games with missing achievements


    For 3, you can click on the 3 dots on the game page and make a flag submission. You will need to write the change.

    Scanning games doesn’t work for me either. It shows like six games from when I made the account and has never updated ever since
