Not registering

Is there anything I can do to let my achievements show on this site.
Today has been the third in like a week or so that it let's me scan for achievements but not update any steam achievements.
I'm starting to think they just want you to scan a lot of times to see if it works so you use up all your scans to buy the pro version.

Is this site actually doing something to fix the issues or is this site slowly dying? I just started at this site but first two weeks I had a much better experience.

Do this for me, and let me know if it works - Set your profile to private and do a scan. When it pops up that you're private, change your settings back to public and do another scan. I've seen people say this fixes the issue.

My streak is lost because it did not count the achievements from 100 ninja cats. Is there a way to retrieve this streak. In steam it does show up.
But my latest achievement from Ace attorney investigations does show up.
Is 100 ninja cats banned game or something?

Yeah I saw this morning indeed that in the feed it is counted as 3 days but as for my streak it is stopped at 17 days eventhough I did get a few on the 18th day on my streak. It is unfortunate but there's probably nothing to do to get it fixed so I'll leave it as it is.

GamingSB said:Ok, so go to your homepage, and on the right hand side of the screen, you'll see your streak that you can click on. When it opens, in the top right hand corner you'll see "rebuild my streak" and this button will fix it if it's still going.
