Missing Achievement

Hi, I have a game with a missing achievement that isn't being picked up by the scanner.

Found 300 cats
Unlocked Dec 4 @ 3:01pm


I've tried playing the game while online, I tried adding the game to the next scan, and I've tried rescanning.

same for so many games just gotta keep rescanning i found it took me 16 days of rescanning 10 x a day for my final fntasyies to come

Last week I had the same for a mini motorways achievement and today I got also an achievement not registering from frog detective.
Why is this site so bad at tracking the achievements from steam? Can anyone explain why this bug keeps on happening?

So this seemingly isn't going to be picked up.

Had it with a few games, read a tip about reloading the game and that worked, but now i finished Tormentum and even manually try to scan it, but it just doesn't do it.
