Game 'Easy Delivery Co.' not tracking

I have completed the game 6 days ago.
About 3 days ago I pressed the 'request Scanner update' button on the game's site.
TSA seems to think I don't own the game. (it does not show in 'My games')

These Users show discrepancies in when they got the achievement and when the game completion was registered:
PLord
JdabaD
They both got the last achievement Sep 19 but their completion triggered Sep 24.
(Correction JdabaD got the last one on Sep 20, curiously, the /completionists leaderboard is correct)

What causes these issues? (for this game / in general)

Not sure what happened here, and why this game. But I just gave you a full scan and the achievements are there now.

Leaderboard looks to be correct based on last unlock. Not sure where you was the Sep 24 for PLord

I'm referring to the dates on their feeds:
" completed the game Easy Delivery Co. and is the th gamer on the site to complete it"

I figured it's strange these messages popped up late, iirc. the scanners run daily (though I can't find the faq that states so)

Ideally, everyone is scanned once per day. However, especially on TSA, there may be temporary hiccups allowing the scanners not to scan someone. Also, inactive profiles are on a weekly schedule.

The feed item is created upon scan, and may therefore be later than the actual unlock.
