So I've had my account a few weeks now and I created it shortly after my steam one.

I've gone through the basic set up, changed all the steam settings to public and all that but no matter what I try or how many times I attempt to rescan my account it never updates.

At the moment I've only unlocked achievements for two games, Dead by Daylight and Euro Truck Simulator 2.

My steam icon even updated here but nothing from the two games I've played so far has.

Sorry if creating this forum is wasteful but I did try the basic troubleshooting one which got me no results.

    Any help would be appriciated.

Even logged in on Steam, I can't see your games.

Please check if your privacy settings are exactly the same as mentioned on this page: https://truesteamachievements.com/privacy-settings
    In writing:
    - My basic details: Public
    - My profile: Public
    - Game details: Public
    - Checkbox for “Always keep my total play time private” must be UNCHECKED
    - Friends List: Public

Please note, games played through Steams "Family Sharing" service must have been played within the past two weeks in order to scan.

Thanks for posting all this additional information Belindo. As Belindo says, when we are logged in to our own profiles on Steam we cannot see your games/progress. You will see this if you are logged in as your privacy settings dictate what others see. If you check you profile page logged out on Steam you will see that nothing shows, bar your profile name and picture.

If you can please double check your settings against the values Belindo has posted above this will hopefully get you sorted.

This is the same user as the Malfunctioning Scanners thread. In there, they posted a screenshot of their settings and I noticed that this setting did not match:
    - Checkbox for “Always keep my total play time private” must be UNCHECKED

In that thread, I have suggested to change that setting.
