Cant change privacy to scan

Hi, i cant change my privacy, or at least, its not detecting at all when i scan. So i never get new updates on my profile. Ive changed my privacy on my steam profile several times to no avail, nothing works. Its 100% public. But for some reason the site thinks its still private, its not. Can someone help me? I sent in a submission two days ago hoping some reply will come.

Your playtime needs to be public as well.

If you make sure the game details are public too.

I just opened my account and linked my Steam profile to it and despite having everything in the profile set to public, my account is still listed as untrackable. This is getting rather annoying quickly.
