    Hi,
    My steam account is public, but TSA does not seem to be able to scan it. I do not know what to do? Some help would be appreciated, thanks.

    I just setup my account and changed my privacy to public, but the initial scan happened when I was private. Could you rescan me, please? Thank you.

    I recently signed up and it's saying I have no games and no achievements. Not sure if it was supposed to scan? Profile is public.

    Your accounts looks fine - were these resolved?
