Posted on 31 May 25 at 14:14Hello,On May 28th at 9:30pm I earned two achievements for Faerie Solitaire Harvest. These achievements did not reflect onto TSA for a few days, which reset my achievement streak. The achievements have since appeared on TSA under the correct date, but my current streak has not reverted and is showing a current streak of 3 days. Can this be corrected?Thank you for your attention to this.
Posted on 31 May 25 at 17:36You can re-build your streaks by going to the 'My Achievement Streaks' page (listed under the Statistics section of the 'My Links' drop-down.
Posted on 02 June 25 at 08:10I've just checked your gamer page and your streak is back to 471 days. I am going to mark this as resolved.Achievement streaks are based on the achievement won timestamps, so as long as you have earned an achievement that day (online) then this can be factored into the streak if "rebuilt".
