Not Listed on Main Leaderboard

Is this an issue that happens and resolves itself? Manually scanning didn't correct the issue. I like to see how my rank is progressing and keep note of my most recent ranking on the Steam profile page. But when I look now, it doesn't show my rank next next to my points on my page. So I guess my question is, do the leaderboards function incorrectly sometimes, or is there an issue with my account?

Following, as this is also presently happening to me also. On "My Leaderboards" page, there is a rank listed, but in searching around that rank, can't see myself, nor do i have the button on my home screen that tells me of my rank.

Thought it was a glitch, but seems I'm not the only one?
