multiple list for dont-nod?

I was checking the list of dont-nod developed games and noticed games missing, so i checked tehm and saw this

List of games developed by DON’T NOD
List of games developed by DON'T NOD
List of games published by DON’T NOD
List of games published by DON'T NOD

I get the difference between their developed games and published games, but why is there two list for both?
