Not scanning properly

The achievements I unlock on steam are different than what Truesteam shows. For example I unlocked the achievement for unlocking all tier 3 equipment today and Truesteam shows I unlocked the Bronze Apocalypse achievement; even though I've already done the Bronze Apocalypse achievement awhile ago. And I have only 5 achievements left and Truesteam shows 10. But my percentage is correct at 91%. Doesn't happen on any other games that I'm aware of.

I'm having a similar problem--I've won nearly all the achievements that are marked as "not won," and nearly everything I haven't won is already marked as having been won. It's correct on the individual achievement pages, but on the Phasmo home page, everything's messed up.

I'm having the same issue, there's multiple achievements I have got on Steam from even up to the start of this month and it still shows up on this site as "not achieved" despite having unlocked them on Steam.

Mine are also not scanning properly, missing a couple recent ones, primarily for completing a weekly challenge and finishing the training. If I'm missing any ghost identification cheevies, I haven't looked at them all too close to compare atm, but it's still having issues scanning in achievements for sure.

I’m having the same issues as well. No achievement updates since July 25th when I signed up. I’ve gone through all of my settings here and on Steam and I’m not seeing any reasons they shouldn’t. I’m missing Clutchtime, Frogun Encore, Funtasia, and Gemcraft.

It must also be noted the "request scanner update" option was attempted, with no success. Achievements still refuse to show as properly unlocked.

Broken for me as well.

Following achievements incorrectly listed as Not Won:
"Escape Artist"
"No More Training Wheels"
"Dedicated"
"Challenger Approaching"
"Director"
"Extra Mile"
"They're Here"
"Work Experience"

Interestingly, it correctly lists my achievements won as 45 of 54 despite the actual achievements not won not adding up.

I posted a thread on the malfunctioning scanners and it's being looked into.

Now that I'm a game info editor, 've checked the game page, cleared the game's cache, cleared each achievements cache, and requested a full re-scan of the game. It's still not working correctly. The totals are working, and the individual achievement pages are working, but the "won/not won" page isn't.

Will this ever be fixed?
