Listed the DLC/patch names and then listed the respective achievements below them in no specific order.

Another thing of note is all the DLC needs to be re-ordered. I don't know how much of a hassle that would be for someone to do though.

Thanks for this. I've added the missing DLC's and re-ordered them. The only thing I couldn't sort was the release date of the Winter Season.

I noticed even more achievements incorrectly bundled with the base game set.

These belong to the "Of Flesh and Mud Chapter":

Even Punishment
Adept Hag

These belong to the "The Halloween Chapter":
House of Pain
Item of Obsession

Holiday Chapter came out December 2017, so that would put it between the Nightmare on Elm Street and Saw DLC.

This is incorrectly mixed with the DLC "All-Kill Chapter", but it belongs to the "A Binding of Kin Chapter":

The DLC associated to the "Hellraiser Chapter" is gone and probably never coming back. I don't know the protocol for what the name of the DLC should be now but maybe it's best to just leave it alone. However all the names of the achievements and their descriptions need to be updated, I've included that info below. (Second one didn't change its description or maybe someone already switched it, idk.)

Edit: Over on PS5 I see the developers officially renamed the Hellraiser Chapter to "Chapter XXI".
