Ms. Splosion Man - Achievement Flag submissions

Currently unobtainable due to leaderboard issue. When trying to download ghost of a player you are met with the following error message "cannot download ghost data from leaderboard entry"

This has been an issue since at least February 2022.

Partly discontinued - This achievement can actually be obtained, although with a bit more steps.

1. Install the game while using the GFWL - GFWL beta.
2. Go thru the whole GFWL setup stuff and bollocks.
3. Fulfill this achievement's requirement there.
4. Uninstall the game, swap back to the main build.
5. Install the game again, add the following launch parameter to Steam: -convertsave
6. Achievement should pop.
