Filter out games with My Rating from the game collection

Hello, I use this site to decide what to play next from my game collection. I would like to not see those games that I played and don't plan to play anymore. I would like to see a similar filter like with Notes: (All), Has Notes, No Notes. That is: My Rating: (All), Has My Rating, Doesn't Have My Rating.
