    I want to track my account, did everything as described and it didn't work.

    Same thing happened. Burned through all of my free daily scans. Site states I'm untrackable and that my collection is set to private. It never was private and I absolutely should be trackable

    Today the site suddenly tagged me as untrackable, even though everything on my account is completely public & always has been?? Very odd...

    I set mine to Friends Only and back to Public then re-scanned and it seems to have kicked it back into being scannable.

    In the same boat, and rather oddly even though I haven't attempted to scan today it says I've already used up my daily limit so I can't check to see if setting to friend only and back fixed it


    Edit: All fixed now. And just in time; my streak is safe!

    I switched my profile from Public to Private and back to Public.. did a rescan and it works now. must be bug from TSA.

    I am having the same problem, switched from public to private and back and forth several times for a few days. Must be a bug in TSA. Hope this gets fixed somehow.

    Probably by switching on and off, he forgot to untick "keep games and playtime private".

    I made this mistake myself when trying to solve this very problem. Haven't had the problem since luckily

    I had forgotten my account years ago and I returned now. I had similar issue and I was not able to scan. Got it fixed by switching it first to private and then public on Steam settings just as you suggested. Thanks for the advice toast works now
