Missing 2 Achievements in COLLECTION of SaGa FINAL FANTASY LEGEND

Hello! Just reporting that I''m having an issue with the scanners picking up 2 of my achievements in COLLECTION of SaGa FINAL FANTASY LEGEND:
- Time Commander
- SaGa Veteran

I have 100% the game at this point and was wondering if there is a way to add manually or anything that can be done to fix?
