Only 0.2% of players have the achievement, which usually means the only people that have it are the devs and people cheating, and I still haven't gotten it even after getting the Gold Double KO's achievement. I unlocked Gold and Silver Triple KOs at the same time meaning it is supposed to be recursive. I figure it's worth flagging for now, more people, myself included, have the achievement that's already flagged than this on.
