Just want to add that the individual Adam's Venture episodes are no longer available to buy from Steam as they were pulled from sale when SOEDESCO the new publishers released Chronicles.

They were bundled at least once and there's still a few stores listing them so for now keys are still available.

Divine Slice of Life Achievements - Under 2 hours
Carpe Diem - Took me 6 minutes and I actually read it
BAD END -About 2 hours if you use Jedo's guide on Steam
Love And Order Achievements - Took me just over 2 hours
Quantum Conscience Achievements - About 2 hours
Silver Creek Falls Chapter 2 Achievements - About 3 hours
    Meadowland Achievements -About 2 hours
Shadows on the Vatican Act I Greed Achievements -About 2 hours
One Manga Day Achievements - Under 1 hour
Seduce Me the Otome Achievements - Under 4 hours
Terra Incognita Chapter One The Descendant Achievements - under 3 hours
Hook Achievements - about an hour
Sword Daughter Achievements - under 2 hours, no guide even needed
Silver Creek Falls Chapter 1 Achievements - about a half an hour
Sword of Asumi Achievements - about 4 hours
Dysfunctional Systems Learning to Manage Chaos Achievements - About 2-3 hours
Finding Teddy Achievements - under 4 hours
Heileen Sail Away Achievements - under 2 hours
The Shivah Achievements - under 2 hours
Detective Grimoire Achievements - about 4 hours
Fester Mudd Curse of the Gold Episode 1 Achievements - under 2 hours
Sokobond Achievements - under 4 hours

And I think I'll stop with that since a good number of these are pretty obscure and unknown anyhow. Also, in some cases other games by the same dev are also pretty easy but some may just be more meaty than ones mentioned here. I was trying to go for easy and under 5 hours to 100%.

    Discouraged Workers Demo
Why is this posted as 15 minutes? It's taking me forever to click through all the dialogue. Am I missing something?

I'm not sure on that title specifically as I couldn't access the demo due to having the full game but check the settings. Visual Novels typically have a skip function which is one of the reasons they are so popular with achievement hunters/completionists

because it has a skip function. the full game barely took me 15 minutes.

Or I guess you could use this guide:

There's a trick that lets you download demos even if you own the base games.

First thing you need is the steam console in your client:
steam://open/console (copy this in your browser and open it with steam, doesn't work with Chrome)
Next step is using this command to install the game in question
app_install "APPID" (demo license might be required , just go to the demo page and attempt to dowload it to add the license to your account)
eg: Blue Rose appid is 365630 so your command should look like this: app_install 365630.
Final step is creating a new file named "steam_appid.txt" in game folder and placing game's appid inside.
Now start your game from game's .exe
(* = Demos that doesn't work with this method)
Another method that might work is have a second account, activate Family Share with it and then download the demo with it and see if you can play the installed demo from your main account.

    BTW bringing up Portal again.
    Portal Achievements
If you know the campaign even without cheats takes about thirty minutes, you need to play it twice. Then doing the challenges with console command cheats (which I have a guide up for) takes about another thirty minutes.
Realistically you could get the game done in under two hours. It's not a visual novel but the game doesn't require all too much skill and anything you get stuck on could just be cheated through.

Void Invaders only took me two hours and wasn't particularly difficult for a shoot-em-up.

Can anyone confirm?By default for visual novels made with that engine skipping only skips dialogue you've already read, if you go into options and select text speed and skip speed to max, and then set skip mode to Skip all then the game will go blazing fast.
    Kimchi is best!

The Stanley Parable Demo has only a single achievement in it, and you can get it very quickly - probably within 10 minutes if you just rush through to it, though it will take longer (probably a half hour or so) if you "properly" experience the demo.

Note that if you want to experience the full demo, you'll need to replay it up to the point where you get the achievement after you complete the demo because the game takes away the achievement after granting it to you - you need to pop up the steam overlay the moment you get the achievement and force-quit the program to avoid losing it.

Watch paint dry Achievements - Less than a minute.
Achievements not on site for some reason. Exophase has them so they must be scanable.

This game is unobtainable though as you can't get it from steam anymore, only a few lucky got keys through bundle.
