Not sure if "missing" is the right word since it shows the achievement number and score... but I can't see any actual achievements listed here:

EDIT: Even stranger still is the "Slingshot" DLC pack which shows all 5 achievements, with TSA score, but then states:

XCOM: Enemy Unknown - Slingshot Pack
615 tracked gamers have this dlc pack, no one has completed it (0%)
There are a maximum of 0 achievements worth 0

That is still broken - no achievements displayed at all and just says "There are no achievements that match your filter conditions"
