If you go to your profile in an incognito window, you'll see that it shows you have no playtime in that game, restarting it should normally fix that issue. I have just tried to rescan both the game and your profile completely, and neither of those worked.
I'd assume you have finished the game either on a maintenance day, or your connection just dropped, and the API didn't update for whatever reason. If starting it again doesn't fix it either, please let me know and I'll try to take a deeper look at it ^^

What happened was it was one of those games that actually unlocks the achievement before it was even done installing. So I didn't bother launching it. Apparently you have to launch the game for the achievement to really count, as I saw it pop up in the bottom right again, as if it just now unlocked.
