I guess the achievement is pretty self explanatory...
If you're having trouble beating Theory Of Everything, I suggest going to practice mode and practicing the parts in which you're struggling with. Practice makes progress, and eventually you will be able to beat this if you keep trying.
You do not need to collect the 3 secret coins in order to get this achievement.
