At some point in Act 2 you will reunite with your teacher and Shelly. After a short cutscene your teacher will be resting on a bed. All you have to do is talk to her and the achievement should unlock after she's finished which doesn't take long at all. I was afraid the game was gonna pull a borderlands 2 and have her talk for 30 minutes lol.
