This achievement is missable, more or less.
At the end of the first part of the chapter (the "Storytime" part when Zoe is still in a coma), you have a choice to make: following the "path that might be" or the "path that once was". That choice forks the rest of the chapter; this achievement is an "unmissable" story achievement of the "path that once was" branch.
