    Easiest way to get this achievement is to buy all the stuff you can and ensure you buy the managers for everything you can, turn the game off, go to bed, and check it sometime when you wake up. You'll wake up to tons of money and you'll be able to buy it easily.

    Unlock the Oil Rig investment by earning money and buying other investments. Only the first purchase of the Oil Rig is required for this to pop.
