    The Volvo Trucks Factory can be found in Göteborg, Sweden.

    Go to the factory or choose a quick job starting in the factory, and choose to deliver Volvo Trucks. These are the flatbeds with two trucks on it. These loads are always to Volvo truck dealers.

    Complete the job successfully and the achievement should unlock.
