I used the below video guide of a speed run. Trick is watching the guide and going back to the game will easily put you over three hours. Make sure you set the game to easy as it counts. What I did was practice the about the first 40 minutes of the path he uses in the video a few times then ran it without the guide, after the first 40 minutes or so I would paused the game, watch the guide and mirrored what he did. The problem with pausing is the game still counts that time you're paused into the final total. Using this method I finished the game in 2 hrs. and 15 min. Good luck, this is definitely very attainable with a little bit of practice.
