In order to get this, you need to be in the White Pawn room. Before you do anything, jump on to the desk and face the cabinet where you retrieved the first key from and run + jump on to the top shelf (may take a few tries). Once you manage to get on to the top shelf, look up and you will see this picture and the achievement will unlock.
