How to unlock the PEOPLE PERSON achievement

  As soon as you start the game go into the bar on the left. Talk to every person there. As you progress through the story you'll find yourself outside again fairly quickly. As soon as you can, go back into the bar. The people there will have changed. Talk to them all again to unlock the achievement.

  Just played the game. I did talk to everyone (I always do, btw. ;-) ), but the achievement only unlocked after returning the alcohol to the bar. Then talk to everyone and the achievement should unlock.
  
  (Guess that's due to the alcohol making people more talkative ;-) )
