How to unlock the Start the Game Already achievement

  When you start the game the first screen has a menu of languages and you have to pick one to start. At the top of that screen are idols bouncing around. Click on these to destroy them and after the counter reaches 100 select a language to continue. The achievement won't actually pop until you get to the main menu.
