Just follow through the mission like normal work on setting up a good defense. when it is time for the final boss battle just prepare yourself to move some towers around to prevent them from being destroyed. another tip that seemed to help me quite a bit is to solely aim for the legs and never stop moving. executing this properly will allow you to take the boss down quickly and efficiently.
