    To reach this achievement you need to kill Kovac at the end of 4th chapter. To kill Kovac easily you have to run to the right side of the beach, and fortify there. Chainsaw seems to be useless here because of zombie animals.

    When zombie deers arrive drink your protection potion. Also you could use incendiary bullets to kill zombies afar.
