Once the Alchemy section is opened up a the Blacksmith simply select any of the recipes that you have all the ingredients for (It'll be lit up in green text) and choose to craft it, this will create the item as well as add it to the registry in the shop so you can buy as many as you need with gold instead of materials at that point.
