How to unlock the The 8-fold Path achievement

    Actions
    This achievement is for completing the 8th wave of a Defense mission using melee only. This is quite easy if you have a Frost frame simply do the following:
    1. Unequip all guns & companions in Arsenal;
    2. Helps if you have a powerful Level 30 melee weapon but any maxed weapon with fire mods should be fine;
    3. If you have progressed enough in the Steel Meridian Syndicate the Chilling Snowglobe mod will help out although this isn’t essential;
    4. Head to Coba node on Earth and cast snowglobe ability around the target pod;
    5. Then run around in circles hitting melee until the infested fall and you’ve completed a full 8 waves.

    Once Wave 8 is complete the achievement will pop and you can abort the mission or extract after Wave 10.

    I would recommend this to be done solo, it’s not hard but Defense nodes are popular and you don’t want a random spoiling your achievement. For anyone curious I waited until after Sexond Dream quest and am MR12.

    You must unequip your other weapons, including sentinel weapons, or kavat/kubrows (can keep sentinel w/o weapon)

    Unknown if exalted weapons will break this, as I do not have MesaP.

    Additionally, I cannot confirm, but teammates who are with you need to also follow these restrictions, best to do this one solo.
