This is a missable achievement in Chapter 2.
When in the 'alternate world' (entered when Harvey/Lilli are hypnotised), you'll be in a old Western type of setting. On the 'Prarie' section of the map (left of the saloon) there will be a gigantic sun dial. Simply play with the sun dial to keep moving the sun until the achievement pops, which shouldn't take too long.
