When you are exploring the dungeons sometimes you can find secred chambers (maked as gold square with a star) in the corridors connecting the chambers. Sometimes those can lead to treasure or prison with person to rescue.
I'm not sure however if the prison is exclusive to DLC dungeons or not as I've never encountered it in the regular dungeon.
