During chapter 12: "Our Benefactors", your gravity gun will get super charged, and you can pick up people and throw them around! There are many places during this chapter where you also can pick up energy spheres from within beams/columns of light. These are the "Combine ball fields". Just pick up enemies and hurl them into those columns of light, and you'll unlock the achievement after 15 have been disintegrated!
