This one really isn't too hard. The difficult thing is to find people online. When you do, you need to place in a position where you earn points towards a promotion. The ranking system in this game is pretty odd in that sometimes you can come in first and not get any points and other times you can come in 3rd and get 1 or 2 points. You just need to do well enough in your races for you to reach your first promotion which requires 7 points.
