    If you really need to do this achie and focus on it, you can use undetecable perk while hiding in a corner for another survivor to come down and rescue the hooked one. Or you can camp the basement and hope a surv comes down.

    Playing as any killer, hit a survivor while you are in the basement with your attack, or damage-ability.

    All kinds if injury counts towards the achievement whether it is:
    Healthy -> Injured
    Injured -> Downed
    Injured -> Deep Wound

    Do this 25 times.
