You will be able to gain this after completing episode 1 at the Heelers House, because the backyard is blocked off prior to that.
After episode 1 go to the backyard and head down and around the side of the house. You will find football goals and a collectible football. Pick up the football and it will add to your sticker book and then after that use the small bag of toys at the back between the two goals and select the football from it, it should now spawn in the centre. Then simply pick up the ball and place it in one of the goals or kick it in if you wish, it will then reset back to the middle. Do it 3 times for this achievement.
