How to unlock the Partial Vacuum achievement

  This method can be done in less than a minute.
  
  1. Start a new game.
  2. Annoy ATG.
  3. Set heat to max and wait until pressure reaches 350PSI and temperature hits 300 degrees.
  4. Open the water drain for a split second.
  5. Turn off heat.
  6. Wait and profit.

  This will take a long time afk (~20 hours). As long as the tank is empty, the water inlet is fully open and there is no lag you won't go any faster no matter what you do.
  
  To get the engine into this state. Max out the heat, empty the tank completely, and start letting in a small amount of water with the throttle open a bit. When the engine starts going and the tank is empty you can open the water inlet more. Max RPM is then gotten by putting the throttle around 55%. Be careful to not go too fast. If your tank ever has water in it you have messed up.

  Are you sure this is the solution for this achievement? Following the other solution I got both vacuum achievements in about 15 seconds.
